Lettings Administrator  Ref: JS/07/red   SORRY VACANCY NOW FILLED

We are pleased to be able to advise there will shortly be a new position opening in the Worcestershire area and therefore we have  an opportunity to take on a new team member.  We are looking for well presented and well spoken people who are able to deal with the public on all levels and who enjoy answering phones and being involved in the varied work of applications and the administration of property letting.

This will be a varied and interesting position in busy working environment and the responsibilities of the successful candidate will include front line telephone answering, web site management, advertising, mailing lists, viewings, application procedures, property management, diarising appointments and providing information and assistance to both clients and tenants throughout their contracts. You must be a car driver and hold a full driving license.

Specific experience in the letting field would be useful, but is not necessarily a prerequisite as training will be provided. This is a role which is more to do with people skills than a previous knowledge of the industry, however a willingness to learn and ability to assimilate information and retain facts will be important as there is much to learn for those new to the field.

Salary will be dependant on previous experience, training requirements and present abilities.
