Front Line Lettings Administrator and Receptionist

Due to a member of staff leaving to have a family we now have an opportunity for a new person to join the Simply Lets team.  We are looking for a well presented and well spoken person who is able to deal with the public on all levels and who enjoys answering phones and being involved in the varied work of applications and the administration of property letting.

This is an interesting position in a busy working environment and the responsibilities of the successful candidate will include front line telephone answering, web site management, advertising, mailing list updating, application procedures, diarising appointments and providing information and assistance to both clients and tenants throughout their contracts.

Specific experience in the letting field would be useful, but is not a prerequisite as training will be provided. This is a role which is more to do with people skills than a previous knowledge of the industry, however a willingness to learn and ability to assimilate information and retain facts will be important as there is much to learn for those new to the field.

Salary will be dependant on previous experience, training requirements and present abilities.
