Selling Your Agency?

As part of their expansion policy Simply Lets have over the past few years acquired a range of property portfolios and have dramatically extended their stock levels. This is an ongoing practice and we are therefore always interested in exploring new opportunities with established practices.

 

 

We are very interested in hearing from Agents who may wish to sell their letting businesses or portfolios of managed property either with or without premises.  If you are a dedicated Letting Agent looking to retire or perhaps move on, or an Estate Agent looking to return to your specialised field of selling and wish to release your management portfolio, we would like to hear from you.

Even if you’re not anticipating this step in the immediate future, we’d still like to make contact with you so that you come back to us when the time is right.  All enquiries and discussions will of course be treated in the strictest confidence and any confidentiallity agreement signed and adhered to.
